The initial scene breakdown is over. I have looked at each scene and made notes about who is in it, who has POV, why the scene is happening, and what it does.

I can already see several things that need to be repaired, explained, combined, or cut. Ah, the advantage of having ignored it for four months.

Now comes the hard part. Doing a quick reread and then combing through the crits and suggestions.
